Kokutei specialises in a pork bone soup base with a strong garlic punch to it. If you can't handle garlic, don't bother here. But if you do like garlic, this bowl of ramen is engineered to keep you slurping up your noodles and wanting more. The noodles are quite thick and very firm. Chashu pork slices and vegetable toppings are standard quality. Ramen joints seem to love offering extra egg yolks for sale, but I'd probably hold back from buying their egg ramen and just add a half-boiled egg on your standard ramen. Those taste a million times better than diluting your soup with egg yolks. Their homemade gyoza dumplings have a nice meat and vegetable filling, but could be fried a little more as the outside wasn't very crispy. It's a place of great value and locals keep coming in all night, so expect a wait for dinner.

Customer service… ◎Juice ... I never eat it, but the word "Ichiran" came up. Soup is factory flavored. The flavors of soup and garlic oil vary.Noodles ... However, the drainer is sweet and watery.Ingredients ... △ Char siu, umami is missing. Cooking is obviously bad. There should be something to do before increasing the number of Kuro-tei, the main store. To describe this as the taste of Kumamoto is a sense of discomfort as a person who has been eating Kumamoto ramen for over 25 years.

Very good Japanese noodle soup. Well if it is worth to wait for one, it is a personal decision. I went there at non peak hours and still waited 15 minutes.
